What can I say... the manager is vile, her staff clearly dont want to be there and who can blame them. Horrible atmosphere in shop when its open ! Get spoke to like dirt by the manager, clearly thinks shes above her station. Appalling service. Walk on by to more professional agents next door!!!
Utterly appalling service, disgusting customer service and telephone manner. Agent Dawn put an offer on a property without our authorisation at a higher price than we wanted to submit. Youd ring up and not know what mood youd get from Dawn, sometimes happy but mostly moody, would interrupt you, be rude, couldnt wait to hang up the phone on you. I wouldnt recommend this estate agent, staff in dire need of customer service skills. We reached the point where wed dread ringing up and actually would take it in turns due to the poor telephone manner. Our house purchase didnt proceed in the end, which we feel was one small mercy. Will never have dealings with this agent in the future and wouldnt recommend others to either.
Had my house valued, the valuer was late, no apology and she smelt of the previous evenings alcohol. Not professional at all. Fumbled with numbers and wasnt convincing in sales approach. Wouldnt recommend, go down the street numerous others who are far in front of these.
I went to enquire about one property in particular, however it soon became apparent that it was unsuitable for us, however Dawn ran us through some other properties they had on the books and immediately arranged 3 viewings for us (even though it was past closing time at this point) we settled on one of the 3 properties she advised we look at and we subsequently purchased it. During our search for a house we visited and spoke to many other estate agents, none of whom were as willing, helpful and proactive as a Your Move in finding us a house. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy or sell a property to use their services.
