I would be a bit concerned if selling a house through this company as I can't even get them to answer the phone when I enquire about properties they have just brought onto the market, and leaving messages or email requests gets no answer either. Then a few days later I see that the house is sold. It leads me to suspect they might have their favoured buyers for the type of house I am looking at and may not be getting the best deal for their sellers.
Very poorExtremely Rude staff!!!!They never wanted to fix repairs.Everything always seemed to be our fault.Lots of charges in your deposit. Like a check out fee... For what exactly... You do nothing other than take pictures of a property that you are going to make more money on!That's if you can rent it again as the house was a freezer in winter.Money driven company and no care for Tennants!Do not recommend!!!
