Great service and a great office chair. I bought the chair with XL seat, adjustable headrest, adjustable arms in 2 directions, adjustable back, adjustable sliding seat, adjustable tipping, adjustable lumbar pump, in a fantastic green fabric which is made from recycled plastics. It also had coccyx cut out which has made all the difference. My husband can now actually sit for long periods of time working without being in terrible pain. Perfect chair. Oh the seat was also made from the same stuff as car seats rather than memory foam so it is comfortable and durable.
