I was so nervous as it had been a long while since I had been to a dentist after a bad experience. It was fine. The receptionist was lovely and friendly and helpful, the dental nurse was reassuring and the dentist filled me with confidence for my treatment. I should have come here a long while ago.
Visited this practice first in 2010 and I was quite indifferent with the service but having said that, the past couple of years I cannot fault the level of service I have received. Lovely people working there, been in pain a couple of times and they have always seen me on the same day!!!! Would recommend to others if you are looking for a good practice, choose this one.
Always been nervous about visiting dental practices but the team at Amber Valley have always managed to keep me calm on my appointments. A lovely practice with very nice patient staff.
I came to this practice for a short period when I lived in Swanwick, it was a nice practice, sad to leave but found another practice in the company with same standards!!!
I have never written a review about anything in my life before, so that should mean something. Nadia who is my Dentist is wonderful. She has restored my teeth and my confidence in dentists. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is nervous and needs treatment.I have been seen immediately when I had severe problems.
