Had to send car back as found to have fault on drive home from purchase. They handled it well, car was picked up again 10 days later with new turbo fitted and without further faults
Staff are great, they totally leave you to make your own decisions with no pressure.All the cars are open so you can get the feel without having to hunt someone down for the keys. Finance was very simple, took 10 minutes for the application and approval. The main thing for me was the fact that all the cars are so well priced. They wouldnt accept an offer but I already knew it was the best value on autotrader and it was in great condition so I was still very happy.
Great selection of cars. The whole process was smooth, from the test drive to collection. The cars are presented much better than at most dealerships we saw.

Spotted a lovely little Fiesta advertised on Autotrader. Popped over to take a look just after 10am on a Sunday morning and I had the car parked on my drive at home by 2pm. Paul, the sales man was very polite, friendly and helpful. He was happy for us to take the car for a test drive by ourselves and when we returned there was no pressure to buy. We paid the deposit nipped home to get the documents to my car I was trading in and everything was ready and waiting for us on our return. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. There was a good selection of cars with a range of prices. Thanks Paul for making my car purchase so easy. I had geared myself up for quiet a stressful day but you made it so easy.
