Purchased a mini cooper in october believed to be in good working order. Since that time the vehicle has spent over a month in the garage having a new exhaust, water pump, radiator, thermometer. Now the front end springs have snapped making the car unroadworthy, theres a strong petrol smell within car whenever engine is running and engine sounds very tinny. Despite this cm motors are refusing the admit that the vehicle is not fit for purpose. Ive lost hundreds of pounds in salary and ultimately lost my job as i rely on my car for work. In short purchasing this vehicle has ruined my life over the past few months. Ive had to resort to escalating this via their aa dealer promise.
Very good customer service. Got a Zafira from them and Alan made it comfortable for the sale and waited for me even after closing time to make the sale. Also addressed waranty issues with great communication. Recommended+++
I just wanted to give some feedback as the advertisement stated bluetooth phone connectivity and that was one of my main reasons for travelling to collect the car (5 hour total travelling), I did state on the phone call prior to travelling as well. there is no Bluetooth technology on the car. So I am disappointed, as well as the (one) key being broken and the handle on the seat being broken I am disappointed I agreed to pay 3300 for the car as described and it wasnt as described a shame when all the reviews were so promising.
