Hopeless. You spend 1.5 hours explaining to a Solicitor what is needed on a will and one calendar month letter you have heard nothing. Not even so much as an apology. Avoid.
Terrible company from day 1. The first step of their work for getting you on the property is for them to do the searches. I was constantly chasing why they hadnt been started yet and every time was they needed more information from me. 3 weeks of jumping through hoops getting bank managers to sign statements in colour and trying to get stock brokers to tell them my deposit is legitimate I relieved them of their duty. Got nowhere with them and my new solicitor did more within 1 week with less information. He stated they was asking for ridiculous information that wasnt needed. Avoid these time wasters.
I previously did business with them now need urgent information ref to this previous business. To date, two weeks on and two phone calls I do not have a call back...But I have to say the explanation by Liz I fully understood. And the response impressive. Even rang me Saturday afternoon with my information. the service was 100% I will use them again
