5* from me! Ive been attending personal training sessions and classes at FIT3:16 since the last week of September 17. The team are so friendly, supportive and professional - always taking a personal and individualised approach to me and my personal goals! Im 2 stone down so far and feel so much healthier - Ive made new friends in the team and other gym / class attendees! Its just the start of my personal fitness journey, Ive so much to thank these guys for - I highly recommend FIT3:16
