This is my first time writing a review as usually I can't be bothered, but in this instance I had due to the brilliant service I received from these guys!After taking my sons ps4 to a cowboy off Facebook to clean..keeping it for a month.. But ended up breaking it, I took it to Alfreton computers.They were very professional and I felt straight away I could trust them to sort the damage that had been caused... This was Monday afternoon, Tuesday had a phonecall telling me exactly what was needed and how much it would be..(good communication) Friday morning I got a phonecall to pick it up!!3 whole days and it was all fixed.. Now that's good service. Reasonable price and would definitely use again! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed
I would definitely recommend Alfreton Computers to anyone seeking Laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc... repairs, the service there was second to none, I took my laptop into there shop, told them the suspected issue, they performed a very in depth diagnostic test and confirmed my suspicion of a faulty hard drive, they immediately replaced the component and gave me a call as soon as they were done. The pricing is extremely good, it cost my approximately 80 for a diagnostic check and hard drive replacement, however if I had gone to Dell it would have cost around 150+.So if your are looking for great repair service for a great price, look no further!!
